He holds the LUTCF designation and brings broad expertise across life insurance, disability income, property and casualty, and employee benefits. Javier takes a thoughtful, disciplined approach to helping clients assess risk, protect their assets, and plan with confidence, guided by a strong understanding of insurance law and regulatory standards. He is widely respected for his long-term perspective, sound judgment, and commitment to building trusted relationships while delivering well-structured, practical insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
